• If the product is a secondary processed product based on PetroChina products (e.g., candles) but a local instructions has already been uploaded in the trade information, then skip declaration
• If the product is a single raw material from PetroChina (e.g., semi-refined paraffin), then skip instructions

How to fill in the tonnage calculation instructions？

In the tonnage calculation instructions section, follow the page prompts to choose to fill in or skip. If you choose to skip, the trade will be submitted directly; if you choose to fill in, the filling page will be displayed, and you can fill in according to the page prompts. Finally, upload the electronic signature and click Submit to complete the transaction.

What to do if you find that the trade does not actually require a tonnage instructions declaration, but you have chosen to fill it out?

Click [Skip] at the bottom to complete the trade normally.

How to deal with the situation when the trade application is returned by the administrator because the tonnage instructions declaration is not filled in?

If your trade is rejected because you did not fill in the tonnage calculation instructions, you can click [Edit] on the trade details page to enter the trade editing page. At this time, you have the following two processing methods, you can choose one:

1. You can upload the tonnage calculation instructions file in the "Invoice Scan" column on the Trade Information step page, and then select Skip Instructions on the Tonnage Calculation Instructions page. ❗❗❗The file name contains the words "Tonnage Calculation Instructions"
2. On the Tonnage Calculation Instructions page, select Fill in Instructions, fill in the tonnage calculation instructions, and then submit the trade.
