There are two situations showing pending review:
- A brand new corporate account needs to wait for review by the administrator or OR
- Your trading partner has modified the company information, and the account is temporarily locked and needs to wait for review by the administrator or OR.
What does it mean when the trading partner shows that self-signing is pending?

To be self-signed is when your trading partner was approved by the administrator or OR in the previous year but has not logged in in the latest year. At this time, you only need your trading partner to log in to the system and click to confirm the company information.
What should I do if I forget my password?

What should I do if I can’t receive the verification code?
